We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Custom-made, altered, or sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at larmadioph@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
